sensitive spotting

Hi all, I got a positive result on Wednesday but Thursday and Friday occasionally when I wipe there seems to be blood, nothing heavy just spots, I’m worried that I’m having another miscarriage.

Are you taking progesterone pessaries vaginally? They could be irritating your cervix and causing spotting?Or could just be hormones.

There are so many possibilities!

But I totally understand how scary it is to see any blood... I had spotting and fresh blood from 3dp5dt and was convinced it hadn't worked. Then when I got my BFP I was convinced I could as losing it!

Currently 34 weeks pregnant if that's gives you any reassurance!

Thank you for your reply, yes I’m doing the cyclogest twice a day, I just feel a bit anxious this time around, reading to much into everything. Congratulations for your pregnancy xx

Thank you!! Maybe try them rectally for a bit see if that stops the spotting. 🤞🏼 Totally natural to feel that way, this whole journey is exhausting I don't think I'll not feel anxious until baby is in my arms!

I’ve read lots of posts when there is bleeding and a positive test and it all turns out okay either vaginal irritation, haematomas ect.

After your experience your worry is understandable. Can you get a few HCG blood test to reassure with an upward trend in the values. I really hope everything is okay 🤞🤞xx

I must admit I have as well, but it just feels like I’m worrying about everything, I’ve got a scan 14 th of April at my fertility clinic. I’m just worried every time I go to the toilet. I’m not sure about the HCG test. Thank you xx

Oh I know that fear- I MC in Dec.

With being encouraged to drink more fluids you need to go more frequently, it just seems all unfair. Hoping for the best outcome for you!🤞xx
