Best apply after shower /bath when completely dry and cooled down .Remember not to use a creamy shower gel or soap as this may leave a residue on your skin and prevent them sticking

Take care

You may be able to find clear cover like things that may work *I think they make them for covering continuous glucose monitors*, or try putting a bandage or tape over it that does stick to you? **All of these things only if it won't affect the medication delivery-ask you pharmacist or doctor of concerned***

I swapped from sticking them on my thigh to my tummy instead, just under belly button and the elastic of my underwear seemed to keep them in place better. They are a nightmare to keep stuck on!! Good luck

key thing is clean skin free of natural skin oils and avoiding areas where clothes will cause friction. Using an alcohol prep wipe like those small antiseptic wipes you use before injections on the area help remove oils from skin. Let it dry fully. Put on patch and press for at least 10 seconds then rub down the edges too. Good luck

I use an alcohol wipe on the area and let it dry, then apply. Best place I’ve found is tummy below belly button. They peel off anywhere else I’ve tried. I move them slightly over to the hips and alternate between them two areas. Good luck they are a nightmare for crinkling and peeling off xx

I've found that different boxes seem to have different levels of adhesive. My last box just kept coming off all the time. This box the adhesive is like super glue. I can't get them off when I need to and have been left with massive welts where they were stuck.

I had this problem and found that putting a saniderm bandage over the top of the patch helped. They are breathable clear bandages that you can find on amazon.

Hi, I find they stuck best on the middle of my thigh and only came off when they were on the edge of my leg where it was much easier to catch. I found how I was sitting or standing when I applied a new patch made a big impact on if there were any creases or crinkles and they were more likely not to stick. Since then the patches stayed on well.xx
