Hi all. My clinic abroad recommended MuvGyn vaginal probiotics. I have being unable to get it both online and in store. Tried ordering from abroad too but no luck.So I got optibac intimate oral, which I read gets to the vagina whole. Am Using that while hoping to get Muvagyn. .

I have kept searching but it seems no vaginal form in the UK.

They've even recommended vitaflora again but that still I can't get vaginal form

Any help or ideas how to get these vaginal form will be appreciated.

Am due for my transfer in 2 weeks.

Plus I learnt probiotics ought to be taken for about 3-4 wks prior FET.

How frequently did you use Vagibiom and up to what point before your transfer?

I originally used one every night for a week straight to rebuild my good bacteria after being on antibiotics for bad bacteria found. I actually managed to rebuild my good bacteria within that week and I continued using these every other day until my transfer the following month x

the three probiotics I see mentioned most on the uk forums are:

- Invivo BioFemme V - can be taken both orally and vaginally

- Optibac women - oral

- Vagibiom - vaginal

You can get it from Amazon at present or eBay. I’m sure there are other places. Leading up to transfer you can take the natural scented one. Following transfer (week after) it’s best to use non-scented ones.

Thank you I can see on Amazon only at the moment, a pack of 5 suppositories only for £31 is that enough? Can’t find on eBay only ones for menopause on eBay

I've just started taking these vaginal probiotics tablets from Zita West. You can also get them on Amazon - zitawest.com/products/femce...

Best of luck with your transfer xx

I’ve been taking vitaflora off my own back for some time. I’ve not had anyone mention testing of any kind. Is it something people have pursued your self or something your clinic has done?

Is multi-gyn flora plus a gel used for thrush treatment?
