I had my frozen embryo transfer (FET) on February 5th, and this is my second transfer after a failed one in December 2024. Yesterday, just a day after my transfer, I ate black grapes, and now I’m worried—could this affect implantation? Has anyone eaten black grapes after their transfer and still had a successful pregnancy? I’m feeling really anxious and would love to hear experiences or insights!

Post-FET Anxiety: Are Black Grapes Safe for Implantation?

Hi, I’ve never heard of black grapes affecting implantation. I presume your consultant will have recommended that you keep up with your meds, eat a healthy diet (which would include lots of fruit and veg) and to continue with normal life ☺️
Best of luck!
Sorry, I'm confused. Why would black grapes affect implantation?
I was searching on google, what to eat and what not to. This is what it shows,
‘it is generally advised to avoid black grapes, especially during the embryo transfer stage of IVF treatment, as they contain resveratrol which may potentially interfere with the implantation process of the embryo in the uterus’
I think don’t eat more black one according to google. But I don’t have much knowledge about it. Good luck
I took a resveratrol supplement before my transfer and I eat black grapes almost every day because I like them (I am 12 weeks pregnant)
Love black grapes. I ate them more religiously then any other fruit, like a palate at a time! I had a FET back in August and currently 30 weeks. 😊
