Are the chances with icsi low for these levels?
what countries abroad are the best ?! are there ivf holidays available which provides accomodation etc all covered in one? I live in Wales so not many clinics where I can get scans done privately etc

Hi, we also have male factor and my bf has count of less than 1 million and we still managed to make high quality embryos with ICSI so there is definitely a chance. I can't help with abroad as I did it in England.

We did IVF-ICSI due to male factor infertility. My DH's sperm count fluctuated between 1-3 million in his initial tests. After learning this, he did a lot of research, applied what he learnt (lifestyle and supplements) and managed to up his sperm count to 10 million prior to treatment. We now have a lovely 9 week old son. So yes, it can definitely work. But I'd encourage your partner to take supplements perhaps make some lifestyle changes to make sure his sperm count is the best it can be before treatment.
