Hi Guys,I have had a case of the Shingles for the past week. On Antiviral and have 3 more days to go of it. My period arrived today and it's the last day to book on before Xmas break with my FS. Should I book on for my FET or wait next year?

Hi Mumsy23, not sure if this will help but I experienced shingles when I was in the 2 week wait following an FET. It just so happened my immune system had weakened when implantation occurred. If you’re not experiencing any pain and feel well in yourself, I’d say to book yourself in for the FET. Definitely ask your clinic as well- I could imagine they would say the same in terms of how you feel physically! All the best x

Thankyou fir your reply. So sorry to hear about your case that would've been so stress and painful. Unfortunately my FS is saying no and to wait for the next cycle.

Ahh ok! Please don’t let that get you down- they want you to be in the best of healths to allow for FET and hopefully pregnancy to occur!
