My beta results are in at 1211. We only had 1 embryo that made it, as we had 4 other blastocyst that didn’t make it. Don’t give up ladies, all it takes is one sperm and one embryo.

congratulations! Would you mind explaining Beta results? Sorry I’m new to all this and have noticed this in on my notes but was not sure what it means. First cycle I was over 4000 and second cycle over 3000 but no one at the clinic as ever mentioned it to me. Not sure if it should be higher or lower. Hopefully you don’t mind me asking. Your beta HCG levels is the hormone that determines if you’re pregnant. Typical after your 2ww and on your test day, they like to see your levels over 100.

Ah ok thanks so much that makes sense. I think maybe I am confused as I had a blood test a few days before egg collection and it said the blood test was a 17-Beta OESTRADIOL on my notes and I wondered if it was the same thing as you were talking about. I just didn’t know what it was I had done but guess I could ask the clinic. Thanks so much for your response x
