Looking for solutions to unblocked my fallopians tubes

Hello everyone I am new to this forum, I am suffering from secondary infertility, I have been trying to conceive for five years now. I got pregnant in 2022 but unfortunately had miscarriage at 11 weeks because they couldn’t find the location of the baby. I had IVF last April but it wasn’t successful. I was told recently that my fallopians tubes are blocked, so I am currently looking for a clinic that can do tubal cannulation. If anyone knows any good clinics can you please help me get their information.

Unfortunately you probably won't find a reputable clinic who will offer this. If they are just blocked with debris then the test they use to check if they are blocked (the dye test) will clear it but if its scar tissue there is noting they can do. I asked my surgeon about this (as my tubes are blocked due to endometriosis) and he said that they cannot be unblocked, and that any procedure would just result in more scarring

Sorry to hear about all this. I think the only scenario as far as I’m aware where they would be treated surgically is if the blocked tubes are filled with fluid (hydrosalpinx). This is because the fluid can leak back into the womb and affect implantation or the developing pregnancy. I hope you can get some specialist advice on this soon.
