hi all, first time posting here so hope I do it properly.
I recently completed my first round of icsi & im currently 19dp5dt. I suspected I was having a chemical as my lines were getting lighter so was back in at my clinic for bloods a few days back. I got the results on Thursday of 37.2 and was told it was likely to be a chemical and had to get repeat bloods on Friday (results tomorrow).
All through this time, I’ve had no hint of a bleed not even one bit of spotting. I had accepted I was going to have a chemical and tested again yesterday to check the line was gone or Nearly gone.
I was stunned to see the line has gotten darker , darker than any of the lines I’ve ever had on these tests. I’ve done it again this morning and it looks darker again.
Has anyone been through anything like this? I genuinely do not know what to think. I’m not taking any medication and my trigger was on 3/9/24.
thanks in advance for any advice

Thanks for replying. I just refuse to believe it due to my lines previously getting lighter and then being told about my bloods. It’s been absolute mental torture 🫣
Hey just an update in that my bloods went up to 88 but they are saying it’s not a viable pregnancy. Back in tomorrow for more bloods . My body still isn’t doing anything 😞💔
Yes but they’re still saying not a continuing pregnancy 😩
I did but she said it too early to see anything 🤷🏻♀️ I would be 6 weeks on Thursday so considering paying for one myself! Although my clinic might refer my to EPAU anyway depending on bloods , I’ve still not bled or anything and I’m now 3 weeks past transfer! X
Sorry you’re in limbo. I would avoid the private route for now and wait for the referral because your hcg isn’t high enough for the scan. I assume you’re on progesterone which is why you haven’t bled yet. I went through something similar previously and I only started bleeding when I stopped the meds. Thinking of you x
I didn't have symptoms until a week before my fallopian tube ruptured and by this point, my HCG levels were very high. Progressed slowly but high enough to cause rupture. I think I would have been around 6-7 wks pregnant had it been a normal pregnancy. With my 2nd ectopic, the pregnancy resolved itself. The pregnancy hormone never got above 100 X.
It was. The last 3 years of trying to conceive have been hell, but I'm currently 3dp 5dt and this will be it. Going to have to find a way of moving on and letting go... fingers crossed for you and I'm glad they are doing more bloods. With my 1st ectopic, where I lost my fallopian tube, they were very dismissive and would pay attention to my concerns until I ended up in A&E. Repeat bloods are so important, so please rest assured that you'll be ok no matter what x.
