Hi, I had intralipids every 4 weeks in this pregnancy from a week before transfer to 20 weeks. I’m now 33 weeks. This is the only pregancy I’ve had which has progressed beyond 7 weeks. I was also on hydroxychloroquine (400mg per day) for 16 weeks (started 3 months before FET) and 25mg of prednisolone (started a week before transfer and weaned off at 12 weeks) and so it’s not possible for me to say which made the most difference. If you have high NKCs I would definitely recommend seeing a good reproductive immunologist, who can come up with a treatment plan for you. My NKCs were off the scale in the blood tests, which is why I had so many different immune suppressant drugs.
