starting stims day 1?

I’m a bit worried as was told today on first day of bleeding to start stims. But then thinking I’ve only ever been told or heard of stims starting day 2-3. Anyone else started earlier before? I am on a natural cycle start after luteal phase oestrogen priming rather than timed with anything this time. I’m just worried a nurse got it wrong somewhere and I’ve given first injection now.

I think it depends if your period is full flow and what is classed as day one.

Mine was always day 2 of my period because day 1 was only spotting.

Try not to worry, they know best.

Thank you! You’re right I have to trust the process now.

It’s silly that I get stressed then get stressed that I’m stressing especially when work bad too and long days. Anyway onwards and upwards now focus on looking after myself.

I know it's hard not to overthink every step. I've had a few things happen when has made me question the clinic so now I overthink even more (the DHEA chat we've been having already lol).
