I’ve come to Spain to visit my mum and have brought my medication, but it’s sooo hot that the pessaries are melting…
They are meant to be stored at room temperature but that’s not gonna work out here I think… I wonder if I’m allowed to put them in the fridge or something else… anyone have any thoughts or tips or have been given advice by their clinic?
Mine is closed today… but I may try my satellite clinic too shortly.
Thanks in advance

Put the pessaries in the fridge to keep them from melting—that’s a common recommendation when the weather gets too warm. Just make sure they don’t freeze. And if you're on the move around Spain, try keeping them in a cooler bag with some ice packs. That should help maintain a stable temperature. Hope that helps, and enjoy your time with your mum!
