Mounjaro in between IVF Cycles

Hi Everyone

I wanted to see if anyone has any expereince with taking Mounjaro in between treatments?

We just did our second cycle of IVF and although we did get one Embryo frozen, we were disappointed with the outcome as we only got 8 eggs from a potential 20 (most of the follicles were empty😔)

My doctor has suggested loosing about 10kg before trying for another round so after speaking with her she said she is happy for me to do Mounjaro for a few months as long as I take a month off before our next round.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced using it, im obviously nervous to be putting more medication in my body but have had both my fertility doctor and GP ok it - just would love to here some stories of anyone in the same boat 😀

Also if anyone can recommend any additional supplements for Egg Quality - I am taking CQ10 etc but cant help but think I might be missing more!

hey wondering how it’s going and if you started taking it as I am in two minds to take it not as I’m in between ivf cycles too
