just had another failed cycle FET with the same clinic. I am looking to change clinics to a London IVF. Anyone have any recommendations? I was looking into CRGH. Has anyone had any good/bad experience with them ? Your advice would be much appreciated as I have definitely decided to move to a different clinic due to my experience with my current clinic.
Thank you

I had my fertility MOT done at Crgh on great Portland street. Nothing wrong with them but it didn’t feel like they actually cared either. I just completed my first round of failed IVF at Chelsea Westminster ACU and were paying private. The service has been terrible being one of the best rated in HFEA. I’ve just tested negative after the tww and I can’t even see or speak to a doctor until 2 weeks later.
Hi, I am really sorry to hear your situation. It’s so heartbreaking 💔. I just feel so numb. My current clinic, Thames valley fertility, didn’t even pick up my call in the morning.
I had to call them 8 times and when they did pick up, I said it was my test day today and it was negative. Rather thank saying I’m sorry to hear that, I got ok what’s your name and date of birth please. No compassion and it is the little things that matter when your world is falling apart. I feel for some clinics we are just a statistic. I felt a total disconnect with my clinic and they did nothin different second cycle. I just feel totally numb.
Hi, maybe there’s a shortage in fertility treatment but having to wait and being treated like a statistic is not nice. Fingers crossed we’re able to find a better clinic
I had an initial consultation with CRGH and did not rate them at all. There were also several glitches from an admin perspective. I found the Evewell to be very caring and person centred and I also liked the Lister x x
We decided to go abroad for our latest cycle having lost faith in the UK clinics. We did have a completely different protocol with very caring staff. In the 2ww so remains to be seen whether it’s any more successful!
