Gonal F side effects

We on our second round of IVF for PGT. I was quiet sick on the day off egg collection during my 1st round of IVF. As caught a very bad chest infection from a patient. And also got diagnosed with a cyst on my left ovary. They collected 5 eggs. But none survived 7 days and was at good quality for testing. Had my cyst removed 3 months ago. And got a good and positive feeling this time around. On day 4 of my 450 Gonal F injections daily. Since starting them I have quiet muggy headaches and keep waking up with a sore throat. Is this the norm. Or is it best to report it to my clinic. As read some do have them and they shift in a week or so.

I did the same amount and didn’t have those effects! Maybe ask your clinic ? Are they monitoring your blood work? If so maybe they can catch if everything is in the right balance if you bring it to their attention. Good luck

I had Gonal F and I think I didn't have any side effects except of sore and itchy injection site, is it possible that you caught a cold/virus somehow? All the stims and stress etc can lower your immune system and make us more prone for infection.

I felt horrendous on my first few days of gonal f - killer headache, fluey feeling, slight sore throat but it has eased off and now on day 9 of stims I feel tired but generally much better. Hopefully it will ease of for you too but it doesn’t hurt to talk to your clinic as well, I feel like it’s useful for them to be aware generally
