first fet failed but your next fet worked with pcos?? Success stories please

what are my chances? Of this fet working

I had a fresh transfer work , but unfortunately did not end well . Then transfered a 3bb from first cycle frozen transfer and no implantation. We had no embryos left so did a new ivf we got 4 embryos. I have pcos i asked my dr about endometriosis and he said everytime we have done a scan etc he has seen no signs of endometriosis and even on my egg collection he saw no endometriomas.

Shall i just assume the 3bb didnt stick for no apparent reason? And my odds of my next fet will be higher? I keep thinking therr is something wrong because it didnt stick? But surely as my first transfer worked my uterus and implantation should be fine? . This was one year ago now .

Ive just turned 27 - pcos otherwise healthy

Also they say usually every 3 transfers is a live birth? So does that mean for every 3 transfers only one sticks?

What are my odds this time?
