I'm on evorel patches for FET preparation and I'm getting headaches nearly daily since starting them 😐. It's hard going as I've been trying my best for everything to be "right" but I just feel in a crap mood because of headaches.

Lining scan is next Tuesday 🤞

Hi

I also got constant headaches using these. I’ve switched to tablets in my latest round and honestly it’s a game changer so I would ask your clinic if you can make that swap for another round (hopefully this one works though!) xxx

I also get headaches every time am on stims/meds but just think its the sharp influx of hormones into the body and hope that they are doing what they are supposed to even if there's an unintended secondary effect. I'm not what one for sucking it up so I always go heavy on the water (coconut water occasionally to make sure electrolytes stay balanced), fresh air and the odd paracetamol. Hope you feel better soon for your lining 🤞 xx

Make sure drinking plenty of fluids as dehydration can cause headaches Hope it settles down soon

Take care
