Has anyone had lower back pain right side 1 day after transfer?

Hi everyone, i had my transfer Thursday 20.6.24, and had terrible lower back pain the next day, has anyone experienced this an had a positive? I know its really early an only 2 days in but i have had this before an had BFN. I have never been caught pregnant and had 6 failed transfer an 2 failed IUI. I have no other symptom's this is my 7th transfer in 12 months and my last little embryo and my last time so am just hoping this works🙏💫

Hi. You may have a bit of an infection. Drink plenty of water and pass nice clear urine and lots of it. Don’t get constipated. Paracetamol ok for pain, but no anti inflammatories such as ibuprofen. See doctor if it persists. Good. Diane

Hi Diane, thanks for replying i have been drinking at least 3 to 4 litres a day its eased off just thought it was a bad sign you cant help symptom spot in the 2ww thanks again for getting back to me xx
