Im 6wks today after natural FET cycle. Saw gestation sac and yolk sac yesterday n measured 5wks2days. A bit behind. Also I've been spotting

Spotting from last one week. Brown in color. Anyone here who experienced same n went on to have a healthy pregnancy? Please share your experiences Gestation sac measuring 4.8mm and yolk sac 2.2mm. anyone here with same measurements at 5wks?
