Has anyone in their 30's had a fairly low result of both and had positive experiences? I'm only 31 and feeling like my body has let me down

Low AMH and AFC
Thanks for sharing. I relate entirely to your feelings that your body has let you down. I'd just turned 33 when I started trying to conceive but my initial investigations revealed low numbers (AMH 4.3 and AFC 6 - 4 left, 2 right). I've had six rounds of IUI and one frozen embryo transfer to this point but somehow found peace along the way that it's not failure, it's just chance and difference. I put my faith in the clinicians and a few handy supplements (CoQ10 and a prenatal with folic acid and vitamin D) and we're going ahead with our second round of IVF next month. Someone in my shoes could well conceive on their first IUI. I've learned a lot about embryo quality being the most important thing, not quantity. When I got 4 eggs from my first round of IVF I panicked but one made it to Day 5 for freezing and later transfer. Low numbers aren't a definitive answer that it's not going to work.
Thinking of you.
And just to add, my wife had low AMH too and conceived and gave birth to our first child from IUI #4.
I had low amh 3.4pmol or 0.47ng only ever saw 5 follicles on the scans. 2 failed rounds of ivf first got 7 eggs only 5 mature. 3 fertilised non good enough for the freezer. One top blast implanted ended in a chemical. 2nd round only 2 eggs. Ended in 2 molars. Only one transfer. No pregnancy. Then straight away i got mira ovulation tracker. Timed intercourse and the next cycle fell pregnant naturally. Im 40 btw. Only need one egg. I was on coq10 ubiquinol life extension and dhea. Tho i know you need to have dhea s levels and testosterone levels tested. I also did keto and lost 40lbs to qualify for nhs ivf in the first place. Hope this story gives you hope. Im now 23 weeks pregnant tomorro with a boy
