2dt6dt no symptoms, worried

Hello all, I'm two days past a 6dt and had no symptoms at all. I know it's early but I haven't even had any twinges or sharp pains like I did with my successful fet and my unsuccessful one. Not sure what to think of not feeling anything, feel like it's not a good sign. Has anybody else not felt any twinges and it's been successful?xx

hi I didn’t have any signs of cramps or sore breasts or fatigue until about 6 days after my 3dFET. I think maybe my breasts were a little fuller, maybe a hip twinge or low back pain but nothing new, and I’m on progesterone so breast swelling can easily be from that. Then not til about 8 days after 3dt did I have a fullness in my pelvis which I noticed when laying on my left side. But same with prior pregnancies one day you may feel a slight symptom then the next day nothing. Not until I took a HPT 2 days ago that I actually knew I was pregnant. Still awaiting my blood tests, maybe feel a little more fullness in pelvic region today but now boobs feel back to normal. I’m being cautiously optimistic for good hCG numbers. 🤞
