help? Or advice on opk and missed period

Looking for some advice...

We had a failed FET around 6 weeks ago. Missed my period a week ago but had spotting since.

the above are opk's- the very top one is one from today lunch time. Any advice am I menopausal? Am I ovulating? I'm sure I won't be pregnant as I did a test a few days ago and it was negative.

Not the same, but after a miscarriage, my cycle was disrupted and longer than usual.

Like you I had lots of almost positive looking OPKs and I was told that it was residual high levels of LH or that my body was gearing up and trying to ovulate, but lingering hormones stopped it doing so and delayed my cycle. Just a theory, but maybe something similar is happening? X
