Uterine lining

After 5 years ttc had a baby 2022 with at home insemination.

I have been struggling to fall pregnant since. This time they have seen that my uterine lining is thin, which apparently makes my womb inhospitable.

Is there anything that can be done for this? At home or medically?

Thanks in advance

There's a section in "it starts with the egg" book which details what can benefit your lining.

Vitamin E supplements and L'Arginine are supposed to help. As is Brazil nuts & pomegranate juice.

Hi. Vitamin E and pomegranate can help. Also acupuncture. Good luck. Diane
