Hi - I had my second egg retrieval yesterday & they got 4 eggs. 3 are mature & clinic confirmed this morning that they have fertilized normally.

Hoping & praying I get a blast from these.

I have low AMH so last cycle I had 6 eggs, 3 mature, 2 fertilised & 1 early blast (other stopped growing at day 5). Neg pregnancy test.

Any tips for dealing with this time in-between? Also anyone been in a similar boat?

Hope you get some replies to your post + a buddy at the same stage as you Peer support is really helpful while on this journey Take care of yourself - eat well and drink plenty of fluids - remember to keep taking your folic acid

hi. I have low amh too. First cycle 4 eggs, zero fertilisation. Second cycle, 5 eggs, 3 mature, 3 fertilised, 2 transferred at 3 days, final one didn’t make it to day 5. Currently pregnant with fraternal twins!!

Find things to occupy your mind. Read a book, binge watch something, try a new hobby (I took up jewellery making in my second cycle and honestly it saved my mental health as it was soo fiddly I couldn't think of anything else while doing it), plan nice things to do with your partner like a film night, day trip somewhere or mini break so you have something to look forward too. Stay away from Google it will just send you spirling down a rabbit hole of anxiety! Treat yourself you deserve it for coming this far you are amazing 👏. Good luck.

Reading a book always helps. Oddly enough I used to watch scary movies, specifically the 'found footage horror movies' it helped me not to think.

The insight timer app for meditation has been helpful too.
