Which option? Poor stims response

Hi

I’d love to know if anyone has been in a similar situation and what you chose to do.

2nd IVF cycle. First cancelled as 3 follicles growing very slowly.

This round, day 6 scan was 7 follicles but les than 6mm. Day 8 scan 4 have grown, 3 slightly to 7mm and one has gone to 19mm.

We have three options:

Cancel (but I don’t think there’s any point trying again)

Sacrifice large follicle to see if other three grow (not sure they will based on first round)

Take a chance on one large follicle and see if we can get an egg.

Any thoughts or experiences appreciated, thanks.

I had this happen. I went on a down regulation cycle to slow down and have them grow at the same pace

Down regulation didn’t work at all for me last time unfortunately. Really hope it worked for you x
