Has anyone had a poor response to stims and turned it around. This is my 3rd IVF cycle I am on 300IU Menopur daily and have been for 7 days. I had my first scan today and only have 1 X 16mm and 4x10mm on the left and 1x10mm on the right.
The previous 2 cycles I have responded well on lower doses and my right ovary is usually the dominant one. The dr has increased my stims to 375IU and said collection probably won’t be Monday it will be Wednesday next week.
I am now super stressed, this cycle I have done everything correct like no alcohol, no caffeine, drink a pint of full fat milk a day, have weekly acupuncture, lost weigh and done more exercise.
I am hoping for positive turn it around stories x

Are you exercising now during stims? I would cut out anything except a little gentle walking or stretching, and have a daily afternoon nap, and make sure you're eating loads. Really hope the increase in meds turns things around for you xx
I was exercising until tonight I was worried it could be effecting it so I have stopped. All I have done since we got home is eat. I love an afternoon nap, on the downregs I was really tired but since I started stims the tiredness has gone xx
Hello I was responding poorly to my stims - had a bunch of 10s and 11s on day 7, went back day 9 and they had only grown by 1mm. They upped my meds by 75iu and gave me over the weekend and they had all grown massively by the Monday. Went for egg collection two days later - 15 eggs retrieved and 15 mature. It was a complete turnaround! Day 7 is still early so you have plenty of time to get to where you need to be. Good luck with it all!
I started Menopur 450 Ui and only had 3 follicles. One was only 7 mm at 7 days the other at 6 mm. The other too small. Naturally I have mire follicles like 5. So it's very strange I reacted so badly to stims. So we canceled stims and concerted to timed intercourse. Anyone had this experience? I have low amh 0.4 in mid 30s.
