Hello everyone , I am 39 years old lady and was under IVF 1st cycle treatment. Doctor started synarela first and later on Menopur injection but afterwards in Ultrasound they found some liquid and not much matured eggs so discontinued the procedure. Now it's 2 weeks I have stopped synarela and menopur but didn't get my periods or no bleeding at all.Doctor asked me to inform once I get my periods but I am afraid that how long it will take to get my periods or it has stopped completely.
Anyone with any experience with similar situations please suggest or share.

I can't say that I experienced the exact same situation as you in it's entirety, but I can recall having to stop midway into my treatment due to unforeseen circumstances. I am also the same age as you and recently had my first frozen egg transfer which unfortunately didn't work. I was told to wait for my period after being on estrogen tablets for a certain period of time but I waited and waited and it never came, almost skipped it for the month. I informed the hospital and they were about to call me in to have a scan. I tired consuming foods like pineapple, dates and even tried reflexology exercises which eventually brought on my period that was later than usual. If you are concerned, contact your clinic and inform them about your situation so that you can be examined. Best wishes!!
Sometimes it can take a little while after taking meds for your cycle to get back too whatever is normal for you Try drinking more water- some women try raspberry tea and citrus fruit
