Been on this journey for 5yrs now, some of you may remember me posting on September 2022 that i had a stillbirth at 40weeks🤗.. . So we did another transfer last year end of June , was lucky that it did stick too and the pregnancy journey wasn’t that easy, was full of anxiety knowing no safe zone, but we finally welcomed our Son on 1st March,(first stillbirth was a boy too)… had an induction on with this baby at 37 weeks since was afraid to go past.. but inducing took almost 5days which failed and ended up with a C section.. Am just happy he is safe here with us…. He weighed 3.9kg already, am just thankful and hope other mamas don’t give up too, because some women on this group gave me hope as well

Congratulations, he’s gorgeous, and you’ve been through so much I think I would have given up, he has one very strong beautiful mama. I’m expecting a rainbow baby in 2.5 weeks, fingers crossed, I can’t wait until he’s here and I can stop worrying every day, it’s hard when you can’t enjoy pregnancy the way others do, but know you’ll love and treasure them even more ❤️

Hiii!! I remember talking to you maybe 3 years back when we were going for a transfer at the same time! I'm so sorry you've had such a horrible journey but am equally pleased you've now got your rainbow baby! I too have had a difficult time conceiving this whole time, but also gave birth to my twin boys last week!!! (They were 8 weeks early so are in NICU and needing lots of support, but I think with time they will be ok and coming home with me!)

Sending heartfelt congratulations on your beautiful rainbow baby, I am so pleased that all went well with this pregnancy, after suffering the devastating loss of your baby son and all the pain that goes with that and having to continue treatment in the hope, all the while full of anxiety throughout the pregnancy with no safe zone takes remarkable strength. Your angel baby boy is with you always within your hearts and I believe the ones we lose give us the determination to continue when we feel all hope is lost.

I am currently 19 wks pregnant after further ivf and following the late loss of our daughter in 2021, I know all too well the emotions that go into a pregnancy after stillbirth even though Im just half way through . I find hope and strength in your story. xx
