I found out i am pregnant (ivf) a week ago (now 5w), and i am having such an anxiety, its really bad. I had missed misscarage last year in December (9w), and my brain is keep calculating and making me crazy. I have tried with positive affirmations etc., but it doesnt work so well. My first ultrasound is in 2 weeks ( 7w2d), that feels like ages:(((

hello, no advice. But just wanted to say I’m in the same place and understand how you feel. After two early miscarriages I’m struggling too and each day feels like I’m a step closer to reliving the trauma of a miscarriage. I really wish I could be happy but tbh I’m just scared. I’m getting myself through by distracting myself as much as possible. Sending love for your scan.
keep positive try and enjoy the next couple of weeks if you can I know how you feel I had the same thing just a few weeks and go and went straight into my frozen egg transfer off my next bleed it was the only way I could lift myself after the missed miscarriage to focus on my FET I am now 4 days after a double blastocyst transfer and I know even after testing if I’m fortunate enough to get my BFP I don’t know how I’m going to get to my scan as that day when I seen just a sac on the scan was devastating life is so cruel, good luck keep busy nice gentle walks if you’ve got time I like listening to music or podcasts anything to keep my mind off it
Hi Nana. So sorry to hear about the missed miscarriage you suffered last year. Your current scan is not too far away, then you can cross over to the pregnancy support forum, where you will meet past friends. Just keep up with any prescribed medication and folic acid. Jeep bysy, and I will be thinking of you. Diane
