Hi lovelies

just wondering if any ones taken zafrilla for 3 months before down reg in preparation for a fet ?

My clinic have come up with this protocol as I’m experiencing implantation failure everytime , ( mild adeno) & every sonography nurse iv seen in uk says I have endo ! But my clinic don’t agree 🤯

Decided to try this before going down the rabbit whole of Nk & immune testing .. had ERA

I have endo and adeno and been given prostap and buserelin to 'down regulated and suppress the diseases prior to transfer. It sounds like that is what you are doing with the zafrilla but I've never been given that. There's no way to fully know if you have endo without having a laparoscopy. I was told mixed things and had to push to speak to endo specialist at the hospital who recommended a lap. Turned out I needed extensive excision surgery and am hoping that has a positive impact on my ability to conceive and of course on my inflammation levels. I would go to gp and ask for referral to hospital. Fingers crossed this plan is successful for you and brings you the result you want Xx
