Hi, I have been dealing with infertility almost 4 years. I have one natural pregnancy that ends with early miscarriage. Then two unsuccessful IVF. I have done FET 4 days ago, so 4dp5dt today. No symptoms at all. A little heartburn, I think from the progesterone pessaries I am taking. Is there someone in the same boat...I am loosing hope that without symptoms, miracle is possible...

Hi lovely,

I had 6 FETs - during the only one that worked I had absolutely no symptoms at all.

Good luck xx

Thank you. This tranfer is the only one that I feel almost nothing. No sore boobs, no cramps, no fatigue... But you give me some hope for the rest of the TWW

Hi . Probably too early for symptoms. You’ve been through a lot, so have you had a hysteroscopy and your tubes checked, just in case. Keeping everything crossed for you. Diane

Yes Diane, I have had HSG and Hysteroscopy, and I am ok. Perhaps it is my age and low AMH. But, there are also lots of successful pregnancies with low AMH. Thank you for Your support. I am not giving up...

hi, I had no symptoms until at least 5 weeks so really don’t worry. Just try and keep busy and distract yourself from the waiting time, I know how hard it is x

Five transfers for me, four were BFPs but only one lasted, and the symptoms or lack of them were completely different on all of them at the same stage you're at. I think that early it's mainly the meds and you can react differently to them each time. I didn't get any proper pregnancy symptoms until at least 5 or 6 weeks on my successful FET and then I really knew about them, and it wasn't subtle or a maybe like they had been earlier on. And miracles do happen, just maybe don't worry about the symptoms or lack of for now.

Hi, I know the struggle but 4dp5dt is still very early, I didn't have any symptoms at this stage with any of my transfers. With my successful FET, I think I started having symptoms around 13-14dp5dt which freaked me out because stretching felt like my period pain and I thought this was the end 🙈 well everything was fine, I also didn't have sore breasts and had nipple colour change in 2nd trimester. No morning sickness either.
