Affordable hCG tests for medicated FET overseas

Hi everyone,

How do you go about getting hCG tests done, if you aren't with a UK clinic?

My GP told me that NHS doesn't offer blood tests.

I prefer getting my blood taken from veins to finger prick type collection.

Any tips and experiences will be appreciated.

Hiya. There are a few private labs that do the beta hcg for you. I ll DM you the name of the one that I used, as per group rules. Good luck

Hello

I use Randox for all female hormone testing. You have the option of in clinic with your blood being taken and that is included in the price. They also offer same day result on some of their tests, which cost a little extra.

Thanks, I had forgotten about Randox, used them for Covid PCR😂! But have you done the beta hCG test with them?

I wasn't able to find hCG/pregnancy blood test on their website.

I have been having my hormones measured very regularly with them during the last couple of months whilst not in treatment and trying naturally. I booked the female hormone package which includes, fsh, estrogen, lh prolactin, testosterone. I am 99 % sure they do HCG test as a standalone not in a bundle. You just search on their in clinic tests page for HCG and it should come up, or scroll through all the tests annd you should come to it. They have testing centres all over.

Yes maybe they don’t do it anymore, I just looked and I can’t see it. I’m the bundle it includes:

Oestradiol

Follicle Stimulating Hormone

Luteinising Hormone

Progesterone

Prolactin

Testosterone

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)

If you're based in London I use a private clinic which does beta tests at a reasonable price with the same day result. Let me know if it's relevant to you and I'll DM xx

My local satellite IVF clinic will do mine for je at a reasonable charge. Not sure if it’s just as I know them from my NHS round. It’s Care Fertility.

if you don’t mind pricking yourself, I used a company called medichecks in the UK. They send you a DIY kit. Here’s their website medichecks.com

I got the pregnancy HCG test kit for £55
