Starting stims tonight - part of me thinks do first one asap (6 when I get home) as I should start day 1/2 and only had my appointment today (day 2) but then wondering if there should be a gap considered for when I will be introducing the morning ones ?? Confusing! Wish I had asked !

I think I did mine 12 hours apart - so 7am / 7pm.

I always take morning ones between 7-9am and the evening ones 7-9pm. There have been times when they’ve been outside the 2hr desired window, I used to stress about it but got a lot more chilled with time 😊

we usually take our first one when collecting the stims (so whatever time that appointment is) and then the next day morning so it doesn’t matter what time for the first one just switch to morning after that xx
