Hi 👋 I’m just wondering if anyone can help? We recently had a cancelled cycle as my womb lining wasn’t thick enough. I stopped my meds and had a withdrawal bleed. Does anyone know when I should have my period?

hi hope you’re well. Sorry about your cancelled transfer, not exactly same experience, but after a failed frozen transfer my period has been 30 days after the withdrawal bleed( my periods are normally 30 days long ). OTD was around my normal period date which meant next period was back in line with my normal dates. I think the cycle just resets after the withdrawal bleed, although next two periods dates might not be exactly on the dot. On that logic maybe your period will be 28-30 days after withdrawal give or take ?
All the best of luck in your journey xx
I think it can vary - sometimes it goes straight back to normal and other times there can be a bit of a delay and it takes a couple of months to reset. I found it helpful to use ovulation test sticks as when they went positive I knew my period would be a couple of weeks later. But it depends if they are normally reliable for you and if you gave a regular luteal phase.

Hi BabyBear. Usually within two months of the bleed stopping. Good luck. Diane
