High level of Antibodies in sperm 96%

Hi All, please does anybody have any recommendation on what to do about the high level of antibodies in sperm - 96% of sperms have antibodies attached to them. The other parameters are all ok and there is no issue with dna fragmentation (we have done all sorts of expensive tests). It is a recurring issue, all four tests done over the last 2 years are showing the same results. I understand ICSI can handle antibodies but with such a huge percentage, I am worried it is impacting the overall quality. We had one unsuccessful ICSI cycle where embryos started to deteriorate after day 4. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Have you discussed your concerns with your clinic ? Might help put your mind at ease The antibodies cause the sperm to stick together[clump] and so in high concentration ICSI is the treatment of choice The antibodies are " washed away " during preparation and then they select a sperm and inject it into the egg

Take care

Thank you, Janet. Yes, I am waiting for the clinic to call me but it is taking them weeks. So I thought I would check in here in case someone else had similar problems. One of the independent fertility specialists suggested for my partner to take Corticosteroids for a short time before my next IVF ICSI cycle but this doctor wasnt very convinced, it would make any difference.
