Vaginal prebiotics

Just bought vaginal probiotics. They say 1 a day 6 days then 1 a week. But my transfer will be in about 2-2.5 weeks. Not sure whether to just use them all for 10 days straight??

Hey hun, I just read my leaflet for the probiotic and came across your post. I was told on my baseline scan yesterday to start taking after I come off my period for 2 weeks. Transfer scheduled for 25th (FET). However when reading the leaflet it does say what you mentioned 1 a day for 6 days then 1 a week for 4 weeks (10 total) so just like you, I have the same question would be good to see what others think here. I have another scan next week, so will check with the nurse if taking 10 together is ok xx

Oh we have a very similar timeline! Would you mind letting me know what they say please? 6 in a row and then 1 every other like Eggfreezer2015 mentioned would be roughly the same as using them all over 2 weeks

Hey Doodlebug23 I’ve had my appointment yesterday and nurse has no concern how I take the probiotic 6 in a row with 1 every other day or 10 in a row. Or even 14 straight (I’ve ordered another packet) Ideally all to be taken before transfer day x

I’ve got 4 nights before I fly out so I think I’m going to just use them all consecutively then as it’s one less thing to pack!

Hi I have used 6 for the first week and then alternated days. I’m sure some ladies have even used 10 in a row. Are you able to clarify with your consultant or fertility nurse?

That sounds like a good idea. My clinic haven’t recommended them but said no harm so I don’t think they would advise me
