Hi, we've been referred to Care Fertility Tonbridge Wells for IVF, with NHS funding and are just awaiting contact from them. Does anybody know how they are likely to get in touch? I had in incident yesterday where I accidentally deleted all my unread emails from the last week without looking at them, so have no idea if I will have missed something from them. We were only referred a couple of weeks ago, and given all the bank holidays I wasn't expecting to receive anything yet, but now I've done that I'm panicking slightly that I will have deleted an email from them! Anyone know?

Hi there, I’ve heard they are quite good at contact, not sure if more likely phone or email, but i’ve been on the phone to their head office recently where they are super organised. I would just give them a call in the morning and explain your situation, I’m sure they will be more than happy to check 😊

I was with them and I'm pretty sure it's phone then emails , as they phone to book you in for your first appointment.

There a lovely clinic you could always ring them and explain about your emails and to get them to check Jist for piece of mind, there number can be found on there webpage

hi, I’m with care fertility Leeds and when I first started with them for my NHS round the first contact was by phone to arrange a consultation with the clinic. After that it was a mix of calls and emails to say there were documents uploaded to the patient portal to complete. So you will be waiting for a call. When I had the NHS round it was 31 weeks waiting list but now I’m on my second round paid private we are starting straight away. Not sure what the waiting list will be at your clinic for NHS though. Fingers crossed it will be quicker. All the best and good luck 🤞🏻 xx

Give them a call and explain the situation. Although my consultant was in London, I had some tests and scans there. They have two different locations close to one another in RTW but they were always very helpful so I am sure they would be happy to answer queries by phone. In my experience they sign you up to their system and send you various emails about access and then all your documents and info gets uploaded to the system but I can't remember how they initially contacted me!

I had my little girl with Care Woking. Pretty sure first contact was letter or phone call so I’m sure you’re fine. Good luck. 🍀

Thanks everyone! I ended up calling yesterday and they haven't received my referral yet, so I didn't miss anything! I also asked about timeframes and feel better knowing roughly when we can expect things to happen. They said it would likely be April/May for the actual IVF.
