Has anyone heard about ”ovaries washing” ? I just had a consultation with a clinic abroad and they mentioned it ( the translation may be wrong but I couldn’t find any info online). You apparently do the duo stim protocol but instead of first egg retrieval they wash/flush your ovaries so the egg with the second retrieval are better quality.
