follicles vs eggs collected

hi all,

I tend to have 12-14 follicles but then only 5-8 eggs extracted, given that all grow in different rhythm and they are unable to grow all of them at the same time. I then have 100% of them mature, but just wondering if someone has any advice or similar experience. Thanks

Hi,

I had something similar on my first cycle. I had around 14 follicles so they were expecting a good outcome but I only got 5 eggs all mature.

My 2nd cycle I had the same number of follicles but got 13 eggs but only 9 mature so I really don't understand it!

The only thing that changed on my 2nd cycle was a different trigger injection.
