letrozole pcos success stories?

any success stories of you trying letrozole? Really feeling down today was supposed to go for ivf mid jan but decided to put it on hold to try this? Everything is fine its just that i dont ovulate because of my pcos just had a hycosy done and everything was good. Partners sperm also okay a little issue eith motility but they said he has a large concentration of it so makes no difference.

Had ivf before was put on a really low dose112.5 really poor outcome on the clinics part. Anyway.

I am hoping we have some success with letrozole but cant help but feel like it wont work sorry for being a downer😞. Need some success stories to motivate me for this process.
