I don’t think there are any clinics per se that specialise in male fertility but most clinics would have a urologist and do ICSI etc,

We saw a urologist/andrologist privately on recommendation by our clinic before the start of our first cycle to ensure we could test and try and work out if there was anything underlying that was causing his issues

In our case there was not and so we used ICSI and Zymot to overcome his issues which our clinic provided successfully.
