Hi there, I’m a 44 (soon to be 45) british citizen living in Thailand. My partner and I have just recently separated after a recent miscarriage (through natural IUI). Obviously devastated I’ve made the decision to continue on my own with a sperm donor. I have been recommended 2 clinics Harley street fertility clinic, and city Fertility. Having done a brief search on line the reviews on each place aren’t too reassuring. I’m looking for some advice or assistance from others with personal experience on each or both clinics or on any other clinics in London.

Hi, if you are considering London because of travel from overseas don't discount clinics in Berkshire/Surrey etc. My clinic (which I won't name) have LOADS of overseas patients as they are in Surrey and not far from Heathrow and much easier to get to than central London. Good luck!
