Bloating with cyclogest 400mg

Morning, looking for some advice.

Currently 7dpt taking cyclogest twice a day. I am struggling with the amount of bloating from top of ribs right down to pelvis, circumference of waist is 10inch more than usual. Can't sleep at moment with it. Have tried peppermint tea but no result. Has anyone got any handy tips?

No tips am afraid, just to say I was the same - I got shockingly bloated on IVF meds, especially progesterone (looked several months pregnant, which was kind of cruel) and was very uncomfortable. Paracetamol can help with the lower rib pain if you're getting that, and maybe something like gaviscon if you're getting reflux from the pressure. I struggled to drink much extra liquid as I already felt too full but it may help, and probably best sipped. Pears randomly brought me some relief. Sometimes it calms down as your body gets used to the meds but I think some people are just very prone to reacting like that.

I called fertility unit and I got a scan. I have OHSS and have been admitted to hospital. Currently on blood thinners. If anyone is reading this and have similar symptoms please call nurses and get checked. Don't suffer in silence.
