what to do after ivf cycle failed. Please guide. What to eat what to do to come back normal

Hey! Generally speaking, there is, unfortunately, little that we can control when it comes to ivf, transfer, etc. However, changes to better are always welcome, especially if they make you feel better about yourself, as the mental part is also very, very important. It also depends on the adjacent problems that you have, e.g. in my case - I have endometriosis and persistent uterine inflammation. I am currently trying a new approach, I am working with a nutritionist and fertility coach, apart from some supplements, she told me it is very important to eat balanced, only 3 meals a day, lots of veggies (cooked rather than raw) eggs, fish and meat only from reliable, clean sources, liver (superfood), no gluten, no dairy, olive, coconut and avocado oils only... also to focus on a healthy Gut (i am currently taking probiotics and marine magnesium, that help me with daily bowel movement).
