I hope this offers some hope to those who like us were told their only embryo was graded “poor” on transfer day.
I was so upset and convinced that our clinic had just transferred the embryo because they wanted to compete the cycle and make more money from us - I didn’t believe a 4CB embryo stood much chance … a “C” for the baby component of the embryo.
But he stuck, and last week our beautiful baby boy was born following a relatively uncomplicated pregnancy. Absolutely perfect in our eyes 🥰
Clearly embryo grading isn’t everything.

Congratulations. That gives me some hope. Do you mind me asking how old you were when you did the egg retrieval? I was 40 and have 5 day 5 blastocysts left frozen.
