Hello, I always struggle thinking about what exercise I can and can’t do during treatment. I’ve been told to take it easy, nothing high intensity, no swimming (risk of infection). So, I generally, reduce to just walking and maybe some v gentle yoga with no twisting or deep bends, definitely no weights. I find it v frustrating. Speak with your clinic, if you hear anything else, please let me know. Best of luck xx

Best check with your clinic As you have been doing a lot of exercise recently maybe you deserve some time off to enjoy gentle exercise as previous post says

Take care & good luck with transfer
