Bleeding at 6dpt - advice?

Me again! Looking for some advice or reassurance. Had my transfer last Thursday. Had cramping yesterday and have had a bit of spotting today. Blood is pinky in colour but does feel like my period. Taking lots of medication so will keep taking as OTD not til Monday. Have had implantation bleeding with a previous BFN but blood was brown. Just a bit worried (as per!). I haven’t had my period before test date except once when I wasn’t taking all the medication I am at the moment. Other times when taking this medication I have not had my period until after I have stopped taking it.

Any advice? I know my clinic will say bed rest but just not sure that will help.

Thank you! Xx

Hey lovely, so you're in the 2ww crazies! I'd love to tell you not to worry and to relax but that would be ridiculous advice...... you'll be going out of your mind....like we all do!🤯🤯 Only advice I have is to try to hang on in there....watch lots of shit TV and box sets....go for walks and be in company....only thing that keeps us from googling.🤣🤣 Wishing you tonnes of luck, hoping you get some good news very soon. Hugs, 2ww are the worst....especially when you've done far too many!😔xx

Hi Kmcdon. So I had the same thing, pink colour and it carried on for days, never much but it was stressing me out. I rang the clinic a couple of times but they reassured me it was fine (no bed rest recommended).

I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant now. Good luck! Don’t give up hope yet xx

Thank you. I have had it before (with a BFP later a miscarriage) but for some reason just totally freaked me out this time. Feeling calmer today and hopefully it will stop soon! Xx

Hello! I also had light pink bleeding 6 days after transfer. Implantation bleeding can be brown or pink (it should be light) so I’d personally take it as good news, until proven otherwise. I decided to fully believe in it at this point, and I was right as I was indeed pregnant. The first hCG test isn’t far away now, so keep busy and sending beautiful thoughts to your uterus!

Hello,

Could it be the progesterone? I was on crinone and the day before test day thought my period had started but later realised it was the crinone either changing colour after days of use or causing irritation to the uterus xx

It could be as taking utrogestan vaginally. Things seem a bit calmer today so hopefully it will stop soon. Xx

That’s good news, I hope you get your positive 🙏🏼 it’s a tough 2 weeks but I found seeing friends and doing things I liked, and treating myself shopping 🤭 helped make the time go quicker! Xx

Hi I had this with my bfp then miscarriage at 6 weeks, then again recently with bfn. My clinic just told me not to worry & carry on with my meds. Been looking for advice on this as seems strange to happen at exactly the same day after transfer both times, but clinic don’t have any answers.

Hope & pray you get your bfp 🤞🏻 good luck sweet heart xx
