hi all
I need to have IVIG for my frozen embryo transfer soon. We have been quoted 1.8k . …just wondering how much you paid and how many infusions of IVIG you needed?
thanks!

hello I had a quote for £2500 for one IVIG and this was in London, I was informed one is standard but it could go upto 3 after….
I had IVIG on my 4th transfer. I was planned to have 3 infusions at a total cost of 1700 Euros (in Spain). Unfortunately that transfer failed. It does get great results I'm told but just didn't work for me.
thanks for sharing. I’m sorry it didn’t work for you. I hope you get some good news soon. …if you don’t mind me asking was this a pgs embryo ? Or untested x
Thanks. Untested but it's donor eggs. I'm about to start round 7. We have tried granocyte and will now be adding prp injections/ infusions.
My clinic also suggested uterine e prp after 4 failures with DE. Can I ask what protocol have they offered? I've heard some doing 2 before embryo transfer and others just one 48 hrs before.
hi my protocol
Is ivig a month before transfer then a few days before embryo transfer with steroids and blood thinners, 6 day pre receptive progesterone and ET then a follow up ivig if pregnant
Strange they do ivig a month before teansfer. Most places do it the same month to get best results. It last about a month i believe.
I’ve been under two clinics both suggested the same protocol to be fair and I know my friends have the same too and had some good news 😀I haven’t tried this yet because I was busy collecting as many eggs.
Which are clinic are you with?
also I have my own embryos which have been tested so using those first will only do a single transfer though
I'm having a hysteroscopy about 3 weeks before and will have the first one then, then one 10 days before and one 5 days before.
Ok, so before starting progesterone. Many clinics do it 48 hrs before. I teresting, there doesn't seem to be a co sensensus on best protocol
Yes seems to be no standard for this (or anything else really). It was a new suggestion for us but after 6 failed transfers I'm willing to try anything.
I know you both mentioned donor eggs did they Pgs test them?
No they told me there was no need to test but it niggles me to be honest.
I did both, tested snd untested
