anyone tried PRP ovarian rejuvenation with success?

Sorry I have only picked this message up.

I don't have a success story to share (just yet) however thought I would reply to your post. I had my first PRP procedure in March this year. I had my AMH tested before the procedure and today just received the results having retested since procedure (3 months) as they say it takes around 90 days for eggs to develop and my AMH levels have improved.

Before PRP

AMH - 0.2 ng/mL or 1.5 pmol/L

After PRP

AMH 0.37 ng/mL or 2.6 pmol/L

I decided not to have stims after the procedure, due to my 7 years of trying with IVF and no success wanted to break and just to see if it would happen naturally. I haven't fallen naturally yet and am now considering having a second PRP procedure done with possibly some mild stims to see if there will be an improvement to the number and/or quality of eggs produced. So I am not sure if this helps but thought I would share.

Did they give reasons as to why they advised against?Thanks for the well wishes. I'll let you know how it goes.

sorry for my delayed reply. She just said she wasn’t convinced by it and the Si ever didn’t add up for her.

My clinic also didn't advise it and didn't quite explain why
