I am hoping someone can provide good examples on a ERA mock cicle.
so I did the ERA and the result was ‘receptive’ so my doctor did no change to my plan. There was a little mention to the lactobacillus, however not an issue as it was 90%…but I did put probiotics vaginally.
we waited for the results for about 3 weeks.
Anyone had the same situation, where the ERA was receptive and got a Positive result after FET ??
I saw many women saying got positives, but I wonder if it was only because they adjusted the ‘window time’ for the transfer. I didn’t…

I am in a similar position to yourself, my lactobacillus was a little low so took probiotics, my transfer window was on point so no change there. I will be increasing my progesterone as I had my levels checked the morning of the mock cycle and they came in at 76. I have also pushed for prednisone in this upcoming transfer. My mock cycle was not different from my previous failed FET. So if you feel in your gut that a change of protocol is right for you as your mock has been the same as an unsuccessful previous cycle, perhaps go back and ask if it’s worth increasing your progesterone, or trying steroids. When is your transfer?
My doctor thinks it’s not the immune system however, yeah if this doesn’t work then that will be the next test. Going to an immunologist - because I think taking medication or to do some intralipds (whatever that is called) without knowing if that is actually abnormal, is no good. It’s our immune system. I know we all want so much to get pregnant and to have our babies but I always prefer to test first…
I haven’t done probiotics before, so maybe that might change the outcome too. But ultimately it’s also the embryo itself I do think quality plays a huge factor. Quality not quantity. My AMH was good, normal.
